Natural Fibers

Wool is a natural fiber that comes from sheep. Some sheep can produce up to 18 kilograms of wool a year. Around the world, 2.1 tons of wool is produced each year.


Wool can be made into many types of clothing such as sweaters, scarves, hats, gloves, coats, dresses, and suits.


China is largest importer of wool while major wool producers include Australia, Argentina, China, India, the Iran, New Zealand, Russia, South Africa, United Kingdom and Uruguay.
